How long will my project take?Projects over 40,000 words typically take 30-45 days for thorough editing. If more extensive editing is needed, additional time may be required. We will promptly communicate any anticipated delays.

What happens if I am unsatisfied with the revised work?If you are unsatisfied with the revised work, you may request a 30% refund within three days of receiving the revised manuscript. This offer is limited to the specified timeframe and the scope of the originally agreed-upon editing service.

What is the policy for cancelling an order?You may cancel your project by emailing us within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. If the editor cannot complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and a refund will be issued for any unfinished work.
