All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States.
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders: - USPS
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If your order does not arrive after the estimated shipping time has lapsed, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, name, and shipping details. We will lodge an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation is unable to ascertain the location of the item through no fault of your own Overflow Press will gladly replace your order and resend a new item on the next available business day after the completion of the investigation.
Shipping is FREE on all orders!
If the item goes on back order, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

We are so glad you chose to shop with us and hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items eligible for exchange must be in new and unused condition. Items may only be exchanged based upon the following guidelines:
Clothing must be returned in original product packaging.
Clothing must not be worn, machine washed, or dried
Clothing must not have deodorant marks or stains of any kind
Clothing must not show any evidence of snagging, pulling, or hair of any kind
Clothing must not any kind of scent such as body odor, perfume, etc.
Books must not have any torn or extracted pages
Books must not have any markings or stains on the pages whatsoever
The binding of the book and its front and back cover must be in new and unused condition.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from any customer or entity at any time due to the following:
Any regular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
