1. How do I know that my work will be safe in the editor’s hands?The editor agrees to keep all Client materials confidential and will not share them with any third party without Client's written consent. This includes the manuscript, any notes or feedback provided by the editor, and any client information obtained during the project. The client’s business or personal affairs learned during the course of the project will be confidential.

2. In what format should I submit my manuscript?Prior to submission, it is required that all manuscripts be submitted in MS Word format and include a watermark with the client’s name or unique identifier.

3. How long will my project take?Projects exceeding 40,000 words require a non-negotiable turnaround time of 30-45 days. This timeframe allows for thorough editing and completion of additional services. Projects requiring more extensive editing may necessitate additional time. The editor will communicate any anticipated delays to the client promptly.

4. What happens if I am unsatisfied with the revised work?If the client is unsatisfied with the revised work, they may request a 30% refund within three days of receiving the revised manuscript. This is a limited-time offer and does not apply to revisions requested after the specified timeframe or for revisions that fall outside the scope of the originally agreed-upon editing service.

5. What is the policy for cancelling an order?A client may cancel the project by providing written notice through email within 24 hours of booking. In such a case the project will be refunded in full. In the unforeseen circumstance that If the editor is unable to complete the project due to illness, personal emergency, or other unavoidable reasons, the editor will provide a written notice to the client as soon as possible. The editor will refund payment for unfinished work, and the client will have the option to terminate the contract or engage another editor.
