All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States. 



We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. In the event that your order does not arrive after the estimated shipping time has lapsed, please contact customer support at nice2meetu@overflowpressmedia.com and provide your order number, name, and shipping details. We will lodge an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation is unable to ascertain the location of the item through no fault of your own Overflow Press will gladly replace your order and resend a new item on the next available business day after the completion of the investigation.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check out. The rate charged for the shipping is based on the weight and size of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have the chance to not place your order if you decide not to. A handling fee may also apply to your order and will be included in the shipping price. 

If the item goes on back order we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
